central ohio..between Springville and Millbrook. | the reason we lengthened the paddles is because we bale 34" long bales to gon3 wide on a trailer legally. sometimes if they compress when they come down they will actually go past the paddle and then come back up against it as it is trying to close. I think that's what was breaking mine. lengthening them seemed to help. I've never had bales stand up....could they be coming down the chute too fast?
