Central Illinois | Needed to refurbish the wing hinge points on the 28 applicator. Found a low cost annular cutter on Amazon. Took some scraps tubing laying around to make a bushing to pilot off the hinge pin. Once I had a good start just removed the pin and kept boring. Local job shop made me some bushings that I will weld back in.
