its got me stumped that's for sure, Iv been around these engines for years and never had one act like this.  I just cant get my head wrapped around that I have two problems at the same time. The fuel shut off not shutting off fuel and I cant get it to idle down at the same time. Im really dreading pulling the pump off, not much room between the pump and the grain tank on these.
