Thanks for your fast reply, cleaned connection, cleared codes , unplugged radar thinking it could be causing it. It defaulted back to wheel speed and is still surging . Could it be wheel speed sensor ? Almost feels like it's shifting from a low speed to high speed within the same gear. My cable linkages all look good and tight ......
