The other is the real ID thing. Someday, nobody seems to know when, that will be required to board airplane for everybody.
Back in the day, guys would have several licenses from different states. If they would get a speed violation, choose which state hadn't had a violation for awhile and put the citation on that license. That is where all this stuff came from.
