Subject: Bean spraying heat/drought/effectiveness

Central IL
I grow all non gmo beans and have an aggressive pre program. However with the total lack of rain here, my pre's aren't working. I've had .8 since may 11. Beans are pathetic looking at best but need sprayed already. Using flexstar, zidua and clethodium post. The hot dry 90-96 forcast has me wondering how do I spray this for maximum effectiveness?
Weeds mostly are giant ragweed, lambsquarter, and small marestail (I'm aware they won't die)
