IF the ones you have left are healthy , undamaged plants you should be good, BUT if the remaining plants are partially damaged I'd tear it up. sometimes they are just like a runt pig. they just don't grow well. My opinion is that inter seeding more would just screw things up. If your not sure get a field cultivator and start over. its early and the 90's this week will bring them up in a couple days. You'll be glad you did.

115,000 healthy plants would probably give you a normal yield. let us know what you decide.
