I think I would leave them. Hard to tell just by that small sample size up close. I like to find a spot like that then just scan across the field from where I'm standing just to get a feel of the overall thickness, if other spots look worse at a glance I'll go over to one of those and look back to where I was and compare just the visual from a distance. Sounds stupid, I know.

I went for a drive yesterday when I heard people talking about the hail and replanting and saw some along the Brown/Spink county line that looked much worse than those. Just a bunch of stems, corn was pretty much the same way.
