perryton, tx | I wouldn't be able to make a rate recommendation but I use the regular sorghum plates for seed sizes roughly 12000-14000 seeds/pound and the sugarbeet plates for anything smaller than about 14500. I've found that with smaller seed sizes 2 seeds will easily fit in a single cell in the regular sorghum plate and cause the population to be quite a bit higher than the charts show. | |
