I have some grass and small broadleaf showing up in some V3-V4 conventional corn. We put down a full rate of surestart preplant and have not had any luck anytime we try surestart. I need some reccomendations for a cheap second pass that will provide a few weeks of residual until the corn canopies. We had a hard early frost and most of the corn is shorter than it should be so the corn is taking longer than normal to close the rows. I have been recommended 2 oz of capreno and 2 pt of atrazine which would cost me about $12.30 an acre. I would like to do this cheaper if anyone has any other ideas

Your not going to get full season control with Surestart or any other product pre plant.
