as posted shoup sells a ring that can be bolted tight then welded to the rim. For a quick fix get some washers that aren't to heavy and let the bevel of the lug nuts squeeze them into shape. Not a total solution but will get you by. Neighbor tightened them as much as possible and then welded the bolts to the rim. Got him by till harvest was over.
