Subject: RE: Stine Seed Company

East Central SD
I worked for Stine for about 5 years as a part-time DSM. Most DSM's around me have been with the company for over 20 years (probably 30 when I think about it). Harry doesn't care if his beans are sold in his bag or someone else's. The company does not give you the resources to compete with other major companies. If you are going to sell - what will be your competitive advantage? Why should I buy from Stine or you? If you have some good answers go ahead and do it. Maybe twin 20's can be big in your area or high pops. Corn is reasonably priced and beans are priced well enough to attract new dealers I think.
