So what's the answer to fixing this problem? I deleted my comment yesterday where I said when we had cattle, we didn't just run a single electric wire around the two to four miles of pasture, we built a fence to keep them in for six months without constant supervision. Not a barrier. Three or four barbs made to last. Also said if it was my zoo after this incident, I would probably put up fifteen foot of Plexiglas and be done with it. Then they would need a ladder. Six foot walls with four barbs on the top doesn't keep out the drunk people, it seems. Has to be taller than two people cause the drunk has friends to boost them. I have no kids, but pretty sure it is impossible to have an eye on them 24/7.
