I agree with everything your post fry.

Reports are the parent was with multiple children.... And yep, it's crazy at age 4.

My reply was to Gerald, a good man, who I adimately disagree with, this one time. It's not the zoos fault. It's life.

I'm very happy the child is safe, sad a animal was shot and killed, but 110% supportive of the action taken.

In the end, my kid is my responsibility, end of story. If he's injured at day care, it my fault, if he's injured at school, it's my fault, if he's injured eating worms on the front lawn, yep, that's my gig too..... I understand I will fail at times, at that's ok. God willing I'll get to see and guide him to be a productive, responsible, citizen someday. With the understanding, snit happens, and it will happen to him as it does me and everyone,,,,,,, learn from it, and move on.

The only outrage in this story should be directed to the ..... who think the zoo should not have shot the 400 lb ape.
