Do you have kids? I know now that 4 year old is a special time... 3 and under a child is innocent and listens willingly.

At 5 and 6 they know the rules

At 4 they are old enough to be conniving and not have the time of discipline handed to them yet. The parents are also leaning that their angel is now no longer angel like. Its definitely a learning stage for both parents and kids. I have personally been to that zoo. Yes. Yes.., you have to watch your kids like a hawk. Yes a good parent does watch their kid like a hawk. Yes there were parents there on their phones... LOTS of pictures being taken...

I also seen many families with multiple children and many multiple families there with children running with friends... and by my own personal observation... There will be a 1%

The one percent freak scenario. It. Does. Happen...

In my opinion I'm suprised that this is the first time it's happened..,

As chaotic as parenting can be... Especially at 4 years old
