North Central Illinois | That does sound high but in reality that is probably a fair bid. That kind of stuff has gotten high. If he does a quality job you will never regret it. Nothing worse than a deck that someone did themselves to save money and it looks like crap. On the other hand I have seem some home owner built decks that are amazing and every bit as good as a contractor would build. Go with you gut on this one but if you want to enjoy it for the summer I would jump on it. | |
