deere9870 makes a good point about the marker fold. Ours is tied to main frame lift. I can't see a need to have them on their own SCV. I also forgot to add one maintenance point...vac motors. I found aftermarket bearings and seals and have a spare motor on the shelf. Seems like we loose a bearing in one fan or the other every year or two. This year my brother and I changed one in the field on 30 minutes and we're back planting. $20 bearing and seal vs. about $700 from Deere for new motor, no rebuild kit offered.
