Nice! It looks like you've got the laundry room near the bedrooms.........I really like that a lot!  It's always irritated me to carry laundry thru the house to wash it, then carry it back thru to put it away. We messed up when we built 41 years ago, and that's the hand I'm dealt, so I get by. But sure wish it was reversed.
