Sure if you explain what you mean by ends. The corners?

Used to be a dealer and installer for gallagher. Nowadays I just do what works for me, and the less the better.

Here's a pic I found of the same corners I make, for the post side anyways. A bit different on the wire side. So you have one for the in coming direction, and a whole other one for the out going direction. (4 insulators per corner post, for 2 strand) And thats all bent by hand. No tools needed.

And I terminate each corner pretty much and start a new run in the next direction. I leave a tail from the corner insulator to skip power across to the next run and use a joint clamp

As for gates I use turbo wire more often than not, as it has some stretch and is easy to see and I can make it the length I need. Kinda like this,

Used to use spring gates, but have more of them wrecked and stretched out than I care to count.
