I do have some hickory and apple wood chips in a bag that I may try sometime for some extra "smoke". In the pans are a liquid mix of Apple juice and spices. Shredding will probably be around 5 p.m. usually let it sit an hour before shredding. Funny, whenever I cook to make some ahead of a gathering I never plan on having a meal. To much sampling during the day. I'm drooling. |
