Illinois | We used to see it when we had show cattle tied up for to many months. Even trying to get them as much exercise as possible it would show up. We let them out on a small pasture every night. It was much more noticeable in straight legged big cattle. They would disappear quickly when we turned them out at the end of the year.
I don't know what it is called I have seen it in some of our bulls.
