Do you topdress or put all your N out at planting?  I'd do a nitrogen test at topdress time to see if you have any N credits.  I'm not sure I'd count on any if you put all your N out at planting.  Tillage radish isn't a legume so it doesn't make N but it does scavange and make available overtime any extra N that is out there.
