South Eastern VA | I had this very same conversation with my dirty hippy of a neighbor after she saw a bag of seed corn on my trailer. I learned something new she went on to tell my that "Montano" injects the seed with round-up before it's planted. Lol
I asked her if she or her husband ever did a soil test on their yard and she said no, why? I then stated that I saw her hubby spread three 45lbs bags of fertilizer on the lawn that is literally like 800 square feet right before the four more inches of rain we had that week. He also cuts his grass and blows it in the street, leaves it and says it's ok the traffic will take care of it.
If you look at our storm drains they all have "Save the Bay" stamps on them and it says not to put anything down the drain.
