SW WI | Will take approximately that long for my cook. Getting ready for a graduation party for my son, so cooking ahead for the day. Had these 3 section of a hog in the refrigerator with a rub on them for a couple of days. Weatherman had been calling for a chance of rain all week so I planned on cooking 1 day this week. Finally got an inch of much needed rain overnight so it's a great relaxing day for me. I did get going early this morning to get my livestock chores done. Kind of strange to do this on a weekday but I have worked my share on Saturdays and Sundays this spring and I'm sure I've got more coming.
