Had that 3-4 years ago.Exact same symptoms and high blood pressure also. It was over active. If it gets bad enough its called Graves disease. Doc thought maybe should kill thyroid with radiation, but wasn't sure I wanted to go that route as then you have to take artificial thyroid medicine the rest of your life. Took medicine instead that controlled it. Had to go on a lower and lower dose and it seems to have straightened out and haven't taken anything for a couple years.
