My daughter takes a daily dose, but they are still playing with the rate. She use to swim competitively, but started having panic attacks in the middle of the pool and gave it up. The doctor felt it was caused by her thyroid. I have both over and under active thyroid issues on my Dad's side.
Thyroid problems?
