I'm only 35 and had trouble like that since my mid 20s. Finally this winter I was having a lot of discomfort and doctors finally decided my gall bladder wasn't working properly besides having stones in it. Had it out and have never felt better and have been able to quit taking all acid reflux pills. I feel your pain, it's no fun.
