I would stick with the 12.5. I also would stick with 9xxx series or newer. Nothing wrong with 70 series tractors, but the cabs on the 9xxx and newer was greatly improved.
Can't go wrong with 24sp or powershift. I have had both, as well as a 12 speed in a 9300. My preference is the powershift..
