Bremen, KS | While that is a possibility, many towns had baseball teams. Around here every small town had a team. I don't know if they had leagues or not. Dad, who is 84, has talked about members of the communities that were on the various teams. Each town had its own ball field which are now gone. Today only some highschool and Legion baseball remains besides peewee and midget leagues for boys. Even softball has taken a deep dive in popularity over the past few decades.
