Sounds to me like a little bit of back hoe work, and lots of probing and hand digging to find the problem.
Larry Long has done some custom tiling in southern Kansas he is located near Peck, Kansas.
www.EllingsonCompanies.com did come tiling in my area last winter and said they would be back this next winter, they are expensive.
