SW Saskatchewan | If you are going to compare the service you are receiving now compared to what you as a farmer received 10 yrs ago, you are comparing apples and oranges.
It is normal for salespeople/managers to focus attention on their major customers--the old 80/20 rule.
If a farmer doesn't remain in the top 20% of the companies customers, he will find service tailing off.
Just the way the world works, not that I approve-just can't see anyway around the conundrum unless a farmer grows as fast or faster than his neighbours.
One of my reasons to retire, couldn't keep up the trajectory of growth necessary to maintain pricing discounts, additional services etc that were responsible for profit. | |
