Subject: Soybeans after a low dose of Lexar?

South Central IN
A month ago I burned down ahead of popcorn and applied 16 oz of Lexar to hold down weeds for a week or two ahead of planting. It's been a month now and probably 8" of rain later. If it doesn't dry up soon to plant corn, would I be ok to switch to beans? Part of this ground is tight clay, others sand. Thanks
