Point blank I picked a company because it's what a lot of other farmers pick in the area. I don't know any different between companies.
$600 and paperwork is what it takes and of course making sure you go by the organic rules.
I am in southeast Texas and my certifier comes down from Wisconsin.
Very easy to deal with and have always answered any question I had.
No reason for me to switch.
