Subject: RE: 20" vs 15" beans

PROSPECT, TENNESSEE
I have done 7.5, 15, 19,20, 30 and 38" beans. Some of them were my only option. Now I have the choice of 7.5, 15, 19, or 30. I choose 19... Did some side by side a few years back comparing 7.5 to 20, and the 20 won by just a little over 2 bu/a. I like my 19 because I can run the rows with my sprayer. If my 30" planter was a interplant would most likely be on 15's. I just don't like drilled beans, they just wont load up for me.
