Nice beach, beautiful pools, great hotel amenities, safe location, great food (really great food for an all inclusive). Nice evening entertainment. They had a Cirque de Solei style presentation that was really over the top.
I was fortunate enough to spend a week at Secrets Montego Bay Jamaica this winter. Another fantastic place. So I'll bet the PV location (which looks like they are continually updating) is even better than when my wife and I visited.
