Looks like a good way to blow more money on an already bad deal. Buy a quarter of land (in the most expensive land area) and then pay to haul all of the equipment there when it could be marketed or taken out of the market right where it sits. Makes sense to me............but then again, big companies do strange things at times.
That's what I thought to. I'm calling it a trucker tale too.
