If mustard is thick it has biofumic properties it can really stunt your corn (any crop) Even if you plow it up. Best to never let it get big. You won't have trouble killing it with that mix though.

I did some work with specifically bred biofumic mustard a few years back, some was for weed and some for nematodes. The seed field came up solid in pig weeds and they never grew taller than 3". Even though the mustard was thin enough they could have easily overtaken it. When used as a cover crop the company recommended not planting a row crop until it had been dead for 30 days.
Long story short Mustard weed does lots of damage.
