Subject: RE: Killing alfalfa/clover in soybeans

Texas
I'm curious too. It took me 2 years to get some out of a corn field I scouted.
Alfalfa is very hard to kill, very easy to injure. A normal rate of glyphosate should kill it over time. It's very sensitive to dicamba so if it's still messed up from that it may be tough. Seems if you miss with dicamba it pickles weeds to anything else.
I can't imagine glyphosate not knocking it back enough you won't notice it in the beans.
I don't have experience with cadet, but I can't imagine it being lights out. Since its group 14 it may scald so fast the glyphosate can't get into the plant. Someone here knows more about it specifically.
