There is an old saying that if you have good people and good water you have heaven. The cynic replied that that was all hell needed too!
In our country, the farms that had a good well were the ones that survived. Livestock were possible and living was so much easier. Of course, a good creek trumped everything.
With modern technology it seems difficult to consider not having the benefits of good water.
Very grateful for federal infrastructure projects.
