$5000 was the up front fee , but only $1500 required at present . The rest may not be needed . The 1500 per connection was the seed money for grant writing and engineering fees .
May be another 3 to 5 years before pipe laying .
Gritting my teeth @ the estimated 3
$300 per month cost. Would be for 1 gallon or 1 1/2 gallon per minute . Cistern required .
