NW Central Ohio | ..."gluten intolerant" is one thing. "Allergic to gluten" is another. We all may be a tiny bit "intolerant" of gluten....don't you fart now and then? I do..and so does everyone else. When someone has a allergic reaction to gluten, they get hives, throat constriction...and can die if not treated quickly. There aren't too many people who are going to die after eating a submarine sammich, or a stack of flapjacks. They may be uncomfortable for a while.....but that's about it. | |
