They are back but minimum rates are getting close to 3x of projected rates. At the time they came thru you could not drill a well for their projected price, but you sure can now. Xenia was the sloppyest with their installation, we have Natty pipelines go three with far less mess and agrivation. Xenia paid nothing for land damages. |
