NESD | I quit cold turkey 14 years ago, I had been thinking that I should quit when I went to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned, the dental hygenist ripped me a new one, up one side, down the other and back up again, I walked out of there and threw it away cause I wasn't going through that kind of a$$ chewing again, Ever. Tried it once since and it made me dizzy and nauseous which was a good thing or I probably would have started up again. | |
