Southeast WI | Our builder screwed up so many things it got to where he asked "is this at the point im not going to do anything right in your opinion?". I said, sure looks like thats where this has gone. Almost 12 years and my wife still wants to use the elastic bands on him. Ive moved on.
Stick to your guns. Be a complete pain in the ass cause YOU are going to live with this. BTW, they removed an outside patio and repoured it for us. He thought i was just an a hole because i didnt like that water pooled up 1" against the house when it rained (standing water on 1/3 of the 20*20 slab). Imagine that? | |
