Middlesex County, Ontario | Plow snow. A 120hp tractor with a 10 way blade can clear 3 or 4 commercial lots a night. You are going to need a tractor anyway. Pickup can have a blade put on it also. A salt spreader and brine wagon aren't hard to come by or build. You might need to rent a payloader to push up piles some years, but for the most part you will already have the expensive parts of the equipment.
