| Pay whatever it takes, even if you tear the building & bins down, or you'll regret it later. I was in a somewhat similiar situation seversl years ago. I owned two pieces of grou n d with a narrow strip of land with a house between my two. It came up for sale but having previously been involved with a couple rental houses. Ididn't want the house and it was too new to tear down., or at least so I thought. Luckily I was able to cash rent, at top dollar, but have regretted ever since not buying it. Have tried to buy the farm land seversl times but they wwon't sell. | |
