Northern Illinois | I would talk to your attorney. Not to threaten legal action but rather to know what your options are. After talking to attorney say you want what you are entitled to without mentioning attorney. If you need to call in attorney you know that you were not asking for more than you were legally entitled to.
Thing is you are a novice at this while GC is an expert. I don't like going into negotiations with the other person knowing a lot more than me | |
