Like others have said its worth a lot to keep someone else from owning it and building a house on it.



Think of its value for your land.     Around here a bare 80 would easily sell for $1000 more/acre than an 80 with a building site on it that has to be farmed around.   So even if the building/bins don't have much value to you the land under them probably still has a lot of value.
