It comes from playing video games in a climate controlled environment.
As in not going outside and playing in the dirt, eating without washing your hands, being sneezed on by your best friend, eating worms, etc. Being exposed to the world on a daily unprotected basis builds immunity to it. Those who live in a sterilized plastic bubble can't handle what's outside of the bubble. I take it a little farther through hormesis.
