I came home to the floor overhanging the basement wall. Oops. That and the short cuts framers took led to a two hour meeting with the contractor. I complained. He took notes. Only interrupted for clarification. Wayne Homes stopped and made everything right to my satisfaction. I was lucky. I had the power to stop contractor draws from the bank. Still frustrating
